All returns and refunds will be accepted once unit has had a thorough evaluation and meets the terms for refund. Terms for refund are defective unit, non operational unit, or broken unit. All VelvetMoss products purchased directly from our website can be returned in original condition within 30 days of purchase for a full refund. Original shipping costs will not be included in the refund. We will cover return shipping costs for most products if you are located in the US. Products must be unused and in their original packaging to qualify for a refund. Free exchanges and store credit are available within 60 days of purchase.

All shipping costs are based on location and will be covered by you the buyer. Given the extremely high cost of stainless, we have done our best to whittle down the cost on every front to make our products as affordable as possible.
